About the role

• Senior Project Analyst in PMO focusing on improving project management and client relationships at Vivo. Responsible for project portfolio analysis and team training in technology processes.

Responsibilities

• Have deep knowledge of the context of the projects in the portfolio you are leading;
• Build strong synergy with Managers;
• Produce detailed analyses based on information generated by projects to support corrective and preventive actions;
• Prepare, approve and execute proposals that involve the entire IT ecosystem with the goal of driving continuous improvement;
• Improve the health of the projects and programs you are leading;
• Know and monitor projects within IT process flows, and provide guidance on IT governance, processes, financial flows and IT tools;
• Conduct training sessions on project management, processes and IT tools;
• Contribute to defining continuous improvement themes for the area;
• Lead internal projects for suggested improvements and structural actions to make IT more efficient;
• Share knowledge through training on project management, processes, IT tools, etc., with the internal team.

Requirements

• Preferably hold a university degree and, ideally, a postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, IT Management or related fields;
• Certifications such as PMP, ACP or other project management qualifications are desirable;
• Advanced Excel is mandatory;
• Leadership and initiative;
• Consultative and proactive mindset;
• Experience in both traditional and agile project management;
• Experience in project portfolio management;
• Facilitate meetings, ceremonies and team activities, helping ensure all team members are engaged and working together to meet objectives;
• Customer-focused with attention to the product or service value being delivered;
• Ability to create executive views and KPIs, as well as to handle analytical information;
• Confidence in conducting trainings and executive meetings.
