About the role
- Senior Project Analyst in PMO focusing on improving project management and client relationships at Vivo. Responsible for project portfolio analysis and team training in technology processes.
Responsibilities
- Have deep knowledge of the context of the projects in the portfolio you are leading;
- Build strong synergy with Managers;
- Produce detailed analyses based on information generated by projects to support corrective and preventive actions;
- Prepare, approve and execute proposals that involve the entire IT ecosystem with the goal of driving continuous improvement;
- Improve the health of the projects and programs you are leading;
- Know and monitor projects within IT process flows, and provide guidance on IT governance, processes, financial flows and IT tools;
- Conduct training sessions on project management, processes and IT tools;
- Contribute to defining continuous improvement themes for the area;
- Lead internal projects for suggested improvements and structural actions to make IT more efficient;
- Share knowledge through training on project management, processes, IT tools, etc., with the internal team.
Requirements
- Preferably hold a university degree and, ideally, a postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, IT Management or related fields;
- Certifications such as PMP, ACP or other project management qualifications are desirable;
- Advanced Excel is mandatory;
- Leadership and initiative;
- Consultative and proactive mindset;
- Experience in both traditional and agile project management;
- Experience in project portfolio management;
- Facilitate meetings, ceremonies and team activities, helping ensure all team members are engaged and working together to meet objectives;
- Customer-focused with attention to the product or service value being delivered;
- Ability to create executive views and KPIs, as well as to handle analytical information;
- Confidence in conducting trainings and executive meetings.
