Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects
Manage resources and coordinate the efforts of team members, business stakeholders, and third-party contractors or consultants
Ensure project deliverables are completed according to plan, defined timelines and budget
Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle
Prepare and communicate status reports on the health of the project
Monitor and control resources, revenue and capital costs against the project budget
Align project objectives with company goals
Requirements
BA or BS in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or another business-related field
1-4 years of project management experience
Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques including Agile, Waterfall, Iterative, and Hybrid methodologies
Ability to contain project scope, and act as owner for all project outcomes
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Competency in Microsoft applications including Visio, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Basic Technical understanding of the digital platform, cloud applications, web services, server-side components and APIs
PMI-ACP or PMP certification (through PMI) is preferred.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and/or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification a plus
