About the role

• Project Manager coordinating client projects and internal departments at Uniplan agency. Overseeing project phases from briefing to report, ensuring trends and budgets are managed.

Responsibilities

• As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you primarily act as the interface between the client, all internally involved departments, and external partners and suppliers.
• You confidently support our clients in the area of standard and shared booths with nearly all tasks and questions that arise across all project phases.
• Your work begins with the initial briefing and ends with the final project report.
• You always keep budget, timelines and the customer’s requirements in view.
• You stay up to date on current trends and technologies and use this knowledge to convince clients with innovative product ideas and to implement creative concepts.

Requirements

• Completed degree in business administration or a relevant qualification (for example in the events sector)
• Solid professional experience in a comparable role, preferably in an agency
• Strong service and customer orientation, as well as organizational skills, flexibility and composure under deadline pressure
• Confidence in handling budgets, deadlines, clients, projects and trades
• Interest in both technical and design-related issues
• Awareness of current trends in the digital world, tools and technologies
• Enjoy working in a team and present a confident, reliable manner
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Willingness to travel during seasonal project phases between Cologne and Hanover
