Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for application rationalization initiatives
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
- Facilitate discovery workshops, application inventory reviews, and business/technical assessments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, product owners, IT operations, and business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
- Maintain the application rationalization decision framework and scoring criteria
- Manage dependencies, change control, and communications across programs
- Ensure cloud-readiness and compliance requirements are captured for modernization candidates
- Drive governance and stakeholder approvals at program gates
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in project management for both small and large projects
- 10+ years of experience with tracking cost, schedule and/or technical performance
- 6+ years of experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, etc.) and agile project management tools (JIRA, TFS, VersionOne, etc.)
