Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to a department or a group of professionals;
Organize documents and files;
Perform routine updates in the condominium management tool;
Update spreadsheets;
Generate reports according to established procedures;
Maintain document records, controlling them to ensure completeness;
Contact clients, suppliers, or employees from other areas of the organization to exchange information.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of controls and tracking in Excel;
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
Knowledge of technical support activities in telecommunications networks;
Familiarity with telecommunications networks;
Knowledge of technology is a plus;
High school diploma required (technical or higher education in administration or technology preferred);
Office tools (Excel – basic level);
Previous experience in administrative roles is a plus.
