Responsibilities
Assist with department activities as needed
Monitor progress of activities
Perform daily entries in the respective systems
Maintain entries and controls in spreadsheets and operational dashboards and send them to managers
Control and organize documents related to your area of responsibility
Maintain digital controls of information in your area, requesting and providing data to other departments when necessary
Carry out administrative procedures in your area, manually or digitally, to help ensure processes are completed within established deadlines
Manage inventory and place orders for materials in your area of responsibility
Perform administrative controls for the operations department, providing operational support for supplies
Monitor and support analyses of critical inputs (oil and coal)
Manage and schedule work orders (OS) in the Vams system
Monitor energy generation by extracting reports from the machines' supervisory system and validating them against the CCEE website.
Requirements
High school diploma (completed)
Currently pursuing higher education (preferred)
