Requirements
Afgeronde hbo-studie in P&O, HR of Bedrijfskunde of soortgelijk.
Relevante werkervaring als HR Professional in een internationale, dynamische productieomgeving.
Je kan omgaan met snelle veranderingen, onduidelijkheid en strakke deadlines.
Comfortabel met senior leiders en benaderbaar voor medewerkers.
Oplossingsgericht en pragmatisch.
Gedegen kennis van de Nederlandse wet- en regelgeving (arbeidsrecht).
Handig met moderne HR Systemen en data tools.
Kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré.
Ervaring met gedrags assessments (zoals PPA).
