Responsibilities
Ensure the execution and updating of processes in Workday, including hires, terminations, salary changes, management changes and other employee lifecycle transactions
Ensure the accuracy, integrity and currency of HR data on the platform, contributing to data quality and governance
Work in partnership with HRBPs, Payroll/HR Administration, IT and other agency areas to support HR operations processes and routines
Identify and contribute to opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation of processes related to Workday and HR operations
Support the design and evolution of workflows, controls and processes with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
Participate in initiatives and projects for HR process improvement and transformation, contributing analyses, suggestions and the implementation of solutions
Interface with global teams, following alignments and best practices related to the tool
Contribute to a more efficient, scalable HR operation that is process- and data-driven
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Previous experience in HR operations, personnel administration or related routines
Experience with Workday
Organized, detail-oriented and highly reliable in data management
Ability to handle multiple demands and a variety of stakeholders
Strong interest in process improvement and automation
