About the role

  • HR Analyst managing operations and processes in São Paulo agency. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders and ensuring data integrity in Workday.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the execution and updating of processes in Workday, including hires, terminations, salary changes, management changes and other employee lifecycle transactions
  • Ensure the accuracy, integrity and currency of HR data on the platform, contributing to data quality and governance
  • Work in partnership with HRBPs, Payroll/HR Administration, IT and other agency areas to support HR operations processes and routines
  • Identify and contribute to opportunities for simplification, standardization and automation of processes related to Workday and HR operations
  • Support the design and evolution of workflows, controls and processes with a focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • Participate in initiatives and projects for HR process improvement and transformation, contributing analyses, suggestions and the implementation of solutions
  • Interface with global teams, following alignments and best practices related to the tool
  • Contribute to a more efficient, scalable HR operation that is process- and data-driven

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Previous experience in HR operations, personnel administration or related routines
  • Experience with Workday
  • Organized, detail-oriented and highly reliable in data management
  • Ability to handle multiple demands and a variety of stakeholders
  • Strong interest in process improvement and automation
  • English for interaction with global teams
