About the role

  • HR Associate providing first line support on HR services and managing onboarding/offboarding processes. Collaborating with HR teams for data analysis and organizational improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first line support to internal clients on HR services and programs
  • Communicate and respond to HR inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and development matters
  • Support HR Partner, Country HR Manager, and Talent Partner team in data analysis and organizational design
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for associates
  • Maintain HR operations and foster a positive workplace environment

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal English required
  • 2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources
  • Outstanding customer service skills and sense of urgency in a services environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and business rules
  • Strong report-writing/data analysis skills
  • High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
  • Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently
