Responsibilities

  • Lead the people agenda across Ireland and Continental Europe
  • Partner with senior leaders to deliver scalable HR, talent and culture strategies
  • Own recruitment, onboarding, HR policies, learning & development, engagement and succession planning

Requirements

  • Extensive HR experience with regional European responsibility
  • Strong expertise in talent, performance and organisation development
  • Confidence advising senior leadership teams
  • Commercial mindset and comfort operating in complex, multi‑country environments
  • A high degree of autonomy
  • 10+ years of HR experience
  • Proven ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across multiple markets
