Responsibilities

  • Leads full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a high-velocity, high-quality pipeline.
  • Targets and engages elite talent from Tier-1 AdTech and FAANG organizations through direct outbound efforts.
  • Partners with GTM leadership to refine ideal candidate profiles, ensuring alignment with aggressive revenue targets.
  • Evangelizes the Vibe mission to the market, building a magnetic employer brand for top sellers.
  • Streamlines the GTM interview process, maintaining a high bar while ensuring rapid feedback loops.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of hiring high-quota-carrying sales talent in the US AdTech or SaaS market.
  • Successfully poached top performers from blue-chip organizations (Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.).
  • Experience managing complex offer negotiations involving high OTE structures and equity.
  • Contributed to the growth of a GTM team during a period of hyper-scale (e.g., doubling headcount in 12 months).
