Requirements
Proven track record of hiring high-quota-carrying sales talent in the US AdTech or SaaS market.
Successfully poached top performers from blue-chip organizations (Google, Amazon, The Trade Desk, etc.).
Experience managing complex offer negotiations involving high OTE structures and equity.
Contributed to the growth of a GTM team during a period of hyper-scale (e.g., doubling headcount in 12 months).
