Responsibilities
Provide strategic and operational HR support to managers and employees.
Advise on labor law, employee relations, organizational changes, and HR policies.
Support talent management, performance management, and learning initiatives.
Promote HR compliance and drive effective implementation of HR programs.
Collect, validate, and prepare all payroll-relevant data.
Act as the main contact for external payroll service providers in Algeria.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity within HR systems.
Support audits, reporting, and documentation processes.
Support end-to-end recruitment, from job posting to candidate selection.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Cooperate closely with international Talent Acquisition teams.
Requirements
University degree in HR, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
Several years of experience in a generalist HR or HRBP role.
Experience with preparatory payroll is a strong advantage.
Knowledge of Algerian labor law and HR processes is beneficial.
Excellent English skills (mandatory) and strong communication abilities in French and/or Arabic.
High level of ownership, reliability, and a hands-on mindset.
Ability to work in an international environment and manage multiple priorities.
