  • Assistente de RH e DP supporting administrative and operational routines in People area. Collaborating with training organization and assisting in staff payroll activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the administrative and operational routines of the People area
  • Organize and manage the company's training activities
  • Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and internal controls for the People area
  • Support the Payroll team with administrative tasks
  • Assist with the organization and control of invoices
  • Provide support to employees with questions related to People processes
  • Assist in the organization and maintenance of digital and physical People area files

Requirements

  • Knowledge of and adherence to PPV (Purpose, Promises, and Values)
  • Experience in administrative and operational routines within the People area
