About the role

  • Account Executive managing B2B software sales for Backoffice and HR solutions. Working with corporate clients to meet their software needs and enhance business value.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client portfolio for the Backoffice and HR segments
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients’ IT and business managers
  • Execute a sales plan focused on the company’s cross-selling and up-selling solutions
  • Understand clients’ needs to offer tailored solutions that add value to their businesses
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through closing and post-sale follow-up
  • Prepare consultative, customized proposals
  • Keep the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system up to date with opportunities, sales forecasts, visit reports, lead qualification and conversion, maintaining high KPIs at all times to support strategic commercial planning
  • Collaborate with the Solution Architect to prepare and present the technical and commercial proposal, obtain contract signatures and forward documents to the relevant internal departments
  • Monitor client contracts and stay alert to renewals
  • Prepare results presentations for the management team
  • Use CRM tools to record interactions and opportunities and to keep the sales pipeline current
  • Work with internal teams (technical support and development) to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs), effective delivery and billing of solutions sold to clients
  • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction metrics, proposing continuous improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields
  • Proven experience in B2B software sales, preferably in backoffice and HR solutions
  • Strong account management skills and experience building relationships with corporate clients
  • Knowledge of consultative selling techniques and experience using CRM tools
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Organized and attentive to meeting deadlines and agreements
