  • HR Intern responsible for supporting HR team at BucherInvest through various administrative tasks. Gaining insights into the recruitment process and contributing effectively to the HR administration.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR team with organizational and administrative tasks
  • Pre-screening of applications
  • Obtaining references
  • Scheduling interviews with candidates
  • HR administration from onboarding to offboarding
  • Various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Experience in applicant management and employee recruitment
  • Knowledge of HR lifecycle processes
  • Strong service and customer orientation
  • Independent and quality-focused working style
  • Basic IT/computer skills are an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken German
