About the role

  • Marketing Analyst at Globo focusing on strategies, data analysis, and integrated campaigns in Brazil. Collaborating with internal teams and executing market plans effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive, strategic, and structured briefs to guide internal creative, media, social and other marketing teams. This includes translating business needs into communication objectives, defining target audiences, value proposition, expected deliverables, timelines, success metrics, and alignment with the product’s overall strategy;
  • Develop marketing and communication plans for products;
  • Monitor campaign KPIs and key metrics (awareness, performance, conversion, ROI), analyze data and audience behavior, identify relevant learnings, and propose continuous optimizations. Turn numbers into actionable recommendations that inform strategic decisions and improve future initiatives;
  • Research and analyze the market, consumer behavior, market movements and trends. Evaluate industry data, benchmarking and external insights to support strategies, identify gaps and anticipate opportunities that strengthen the brand and product positioning;
  • Contribute to building multichannel media strategies — digital, social, offline and others — ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audiences;
  • Work in partnership with internal teams and external partners to implement marketing actions that amplify the business’s strategic objectives. Track deliverables and timelines, facilitate alignments and ensure all actions are connected to the overarching strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising or related fields;
  • Solid knowledge of marketing strategy and planning;
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and performance metrics (Google Analytics, dashboards, media metrics, campaign KPIs);
  • Knowledge of digital media and communication channels (paid media, social, CRM, content);
  • Previous experience (2–4 years) in marketing roles, preferably working with campaigns, products or integrated projects;
  • Experience leading and tracking campaigns end-to-end — briefing, execution and results analysis;
  • Experience collaborating with internal teams, stakeholders and external vendors (agencies, production companies, media outlets, etc.);
  • Track record of generating insights from data and proposing optimizations or new strategic approaches;
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset: ability to interpret information, identify patterns, draw conclusions and turn data into practical, actionable recommendations;
  • Clear and assertive communication: ability to convey ideas objectively and in a structured way, whether in presentations, stakeholder discussions or when creating briefs;
  • Organization and priority management: ability to handle multiple concurrent demands, structure deliverables and maintain control over deadlines and alignments;
  • Proactivity and autonomy: a proactive approach to anticipate needs, seek information, solve problems and propose improvements without constant supervision.

Benefits

  • We create environments where everyone is included, welcomed and valued.
  • We are committed to making Globo increasingly diverse — in representation and in thought — learning from one another and fostering creativity and innovation.
  • We believe in intentional actions that create transformative movement, recognizing that different social groups start from different realities that must be considered and embraced by people and by the business.
