Analyst in Digital Marketing responsible for data integrity and strategic leadership support at Embracon. Involves auditing reports, creating action plans, and analyzing market studies.
Responsibilities
Test and audit the integrity of information received via reports;
Create and recommend action plans based on results to managers and directors. Advise leadership on strategic planning;
Design and configure reports to produce lead data views (various sales funnel indicators);
Analyze dashboards with lead growth indicators, provide guidance and drive sales through suggested action plans;
Review system reports and identify behavioral deviations;
Provide support to Sales Directors and VPs by advising on application features, tools and presented results;
Identify difficulties and knowledge gaps and develop guidance plans for the top offenders;
Track tickets and backlogs with IT and Innovation, always highlighting priorities with the manager;
Advise leadership on strategic planning;
Conduct digital market research to identify best practices and technologies;
Also perform any other duties of equivalent complexity inherent to the processes of the Organizational Unit.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed (Information Technology / Systems Analysis / Business Analysis Technology / Business Administration / Engineering / Marketing or related fields)
Intermediate to Advanced Excel;
Basic knowledge of SQL and MySQL databases;
Expertise in business analysis;
Systems analysis.
