About the role

  • Manager overseeing customer marketing strategies for Jägermeister. Focus on innovative projects and effective measures within the gastronomy sector in Germany.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning & concept development: Develop and lead sales- and brand-image-relevant initiatives for the German hospitality sector
  • Trend scouting: Identify trends and initiate innovation projects
  • Project and stakeholder/interface management: Work on cross-departmental projects and manage extensive interface coordination
  • Driving digitalization: Develop digital concepts for market activation and support/oversee our B2B shop

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration – ideally with a focus on marketing and/or sales
  • Several years of professional experience in developing and implementing hospitality concepts
  • Solid experience in brand management
  • Knowledge of the food & beverage, alcoholic beverages, or FMCG sectors
  • Strong affinity for the spirits category
  • Team player with a proactive and responsible approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Creativity
  • Hands-on mentality
  • Flexibility and resilience
