About the role

  • Marketing Specialist at Industrial Application Software GmbH developing and implementing advertising campaigns and digital marketing strategies in a hybrid environment. Collaborating with the team on diverse marketing projects.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive advertising campaigns and strategies (online and offline)
  • Plan and support promotional events and contests
  • Maintain cross-marketing partnerships with other companies
  • Produce and share content on social media
  • Optimize websites for search engines
  • Analyze web traffic data
  • Conduct customer surveys to gain better insights into target market segments
  • Coordinate with organizational teams to develop and standardize digital corporate resources
  • Monitor the performance of digital assets and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Research digital trends and martech tools aligned with digital marketing strategies and propose implementation plans
  • Work with internal stakeholders to align digital marketing strategies with overall marketing and business objectives
  • Contribute to formulating strategies to build sustainable digital connections with our global offices
  • Oversee the organization's online marketing strategy by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Identify trends and insights
  • Plan and manage the company's ongoing presence on social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Actively shape our tone of voice to communicate compelling brand and product messages to target audiences
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to create storytelling opportunities and produce content about our brand, products, and technologies
  • Take responsibility for our PR strategy, collaborating with external partners and agencies worldwide
  • Coordinate and prepare executives' participation in conferences and events, including speaking engagements
  • Manage our social media accounts; collaborate on creating fresh and compelling content for other marketing channels

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong knowledge of B2B technology, international trade, software, and ERP
  • 5+ years of PR or leadership communications experience
  • Proficient in writing for various digital formats — emails, articles, blog posts, social media updates, sales collateral, infographics, and more
  • 5+ years of experience in PR & marketing
