Responsibilities
Ensuring BMW Group Financial Services offering communication on the BMW & MINI websites.
Maintenance and revision of web content for BMW / MINI Financial Services.
Updating web FAQs, video and image material.
Reviewing and coordinating communication materials (CI, EAA & legal compliance).
Preparing briefings and ongoing coordination with agency partners.
Designing marketing assets and communication templates (PDFs, digital flyers, POS materials).
Projects to optimize web/online communication (e.g., web rebrush).
Planning and coordinating external events and stakeholder management.
Creating newsletters, videos and reels for internal communication.
Supporting system tests of marketing & sales applications.
Requirements
A completed degree (Bachelor in Digital Media, Communications) or a completed commercial apprenticeship (Matura level, preferably HTL) or equivalent practical experience enabling you to fulfil your responsibilities.
Solid knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop or comparable programs.
Hands-on mentality for timely implementation of parallel tasks.
Commitment, initiative and strong team orientation.
Structured way of working with attention to detail and a high degree of personal responsibility.
Very good MS Office and English skills.
