About the role

  • TA Manager owning talent acquisition and people operations for a fast scaling SaaS company. Building HR processes and collaborating with leadership while enhancing structure.

Responsibilities

  • Own end to end Talent Acquisition across all roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and drive strong hiring decisions
  • Proactively source and engage candidates rather than relying on inbound or external recruiters
  • Build and maintain a strong and long term talent pipeline for key roles
  • Run structured and high quality interview processes
  • Own onboarding and offboarding together with managers and internal stakeholders
  • Drive and improve People Operations processes, documentation and tools
  • Act as a trusted sparring partner to managers and leadership
  • Use automation and AI to create leverage and reduce manual work

Requirements

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and or People Operations in a scaleup or growth company
  • Proven track record of running recruitments end to end including sourcing
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with hiring managers
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English. Swedish is a strong plus
  • Experience working with modern HR and recruitment tools.
  • Interest in automation and AI is expected
