About the role

  • Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruitment at Vaudoise Assurances, a leading insurer in Switzerland. Focusing on IT roles and supporting overall recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and publish job postings in line with the agreed strategy
  • Manage the receipt and processing of applications
  • Pre-screen candidates
  • Organize and conduct interviews with candidates (in-person, Teams, phone)
  • Select the final candidate in collaboration with the hiring manager
  • Manage salary negotiations
  • Close recruitments (provide feedback to candidates)
  • Perform sourcing on request

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition
  • Knowledge of IT roles and interest in other support functions
  • Ability to work with large volumes of candidates
  • Capacity to quickly identify and qualify profiles
  • Native French speaker; ideally strong knowledge of German and/or English
  • Excellent proficiency with IT tools (MS Office, job boards, ATS, and professional social networks)
  • Mastery of sourcing techniques
