Responsibilities
Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with a focus on converting interest into enrollments.
Manage customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring every family feels valued.
Share successful enrollment techniques and tips with our CSR team.
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up proactively with prospective leads.
Proactively reach out to and build long-term partnerships with local schools, preschools, and community groups.
Identify and coordinate opportunities for water safety presentations and local events.
Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Customer Service and/or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred)
Friendly, confident communicator
Strong customer service skills
Organized and self-motivated
Comfortable using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic technology
