About the role

  • Community Outreach & Business Development Lead focused on growing British Swim School through relationships. Handling enrollments and building community partnerships for water safety and swim instruction.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and online inquiries with a focus on converting interest into enrollments.
  • Manage customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring every family feels valued.
  • Share successful enrollment techniques and tips with our CSR team.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up proactively with prospective leads.
  • Proactively reach out to and build long-term partnerships with local schools, preschools, and community groups.
  • Identify and coordinate opportunities for water safety presentations and local events.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Customer Service and/or Sales experience - 1 year (preferred)
  • Friendly, confident communicator
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organized and self-motivated
  • Comfortable using phone systems, CRM tools, and basic technology
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required)
