Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential restaurant partners through outbound calls and visits
Present the Future Kitchens® model and explain how it helps kitchens grow their business
Qualify leads based on performance potential and location criteria
Conduct meetings (online and on-site) and close new partners
Keep our CRM up to date with notes, outcomes, and next steps
Collaborate closely with the Expansion Lead to refine strategy and market focus
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership acquisition
Excellent command of German and French (English is a plus)
Driver’s licence: you’ll visit partners across Switzerland
Comfortable using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Goal-oriented, resilient, and energized by daily targets
