Responsibilities
Manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of BDRs across EMEA and the US
Design, implement, and iterate on our first comprehensive Sales Playbook
Set and track KPIs, quotas, and conversion metrics
Tailor outbound approaches to fit the nuances of both the European and North American markets
Optimize our sales tech stack to drive team efficiency
Work closely with Sales Leadership and Marketing to align on ICP, lead quality, and seamless handoffs to Account Executives
Requirements
Significant experience leading and scaling BDR teams, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
Proven ability to build processes and sales playbooks from scratch
Experience managing teams across different regions (specifically EMEA and the US)
Interest in or experience within the cybersecurity industry is a major plus (but not essential)
