About the role

  • Jr. HR Business Partner providing HR support at USF Health. Assisting managers and employees with HR-related matters while fostering a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

  • Provides support to managers and employees on human resources-related matters, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, goals, and objectives.
  • Participates in employee orientations and organizational development, workforce, or succession planning, training, or performance management strategies as developed by the organization.
  • Leads, creates, and/or supports project initiatives and deliverables.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree -OR- equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of one (1) year of related HR experience -OR- HR Internship experience.
  • Degree Equivalency Clause: Four years of direct experience for a bachelor’s degree.
  • Related work experience may not substitute for any required licensure, certification, or registration required for the position of employment as established by the public employer and indicated in the advertised description of the position of employment.
