About the role

  • Assistente Administrativo I providing administrative and financial support at Unicred Coopnore in Porto Alegre, handling accounting and budget information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative, financial and accounting support in carrying out activities, entering and monitoring data, information and documents to help achieve the goals and results of the area;
  • Assist with and review Accounts Payable;
  • Assist with and review activities of the Judicial Collections department;
  • Perform accounting checks and reconciliations;
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies related to clearing and settlement, collections, capital, account movements and account status, among others;
  • Register and remove encumbrances (liens);
  • Process payment reversals;
  • Support Audit Committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes;
  • Assist in preparing management reports;
  • Assist in budget preparation;
  • Assist in inventory verification and reconciliation.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields;
  • Advanced Excel skills;
  • Accounting knowledge;
  • Knowledge of Financial Mathematics;
  • Basic understanding of credit operations;
  • Basic knowledge of Brazil's National Financial System (SFN);
  • Basic knowledge of the Brazilian Payment System (SPB);
  • Employees in the Unicred system must have a minimum of 1 year of employment and meet the minimum profile required for this position.
