The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the operations team.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Oversee the daily operations of the office, including maintaining office supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring the office environment is organized.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
Input, update, and maintain accurate records in databases and filing systems.
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Work closely with operations and provide administrative support to team members, ensuring projects and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
Ensure the organization complies with relevant regulations and organizational policies by keeping updated on changes in administrative procedures.
Provides other administrative support as required.
