Outside Sales Consultant for All Turf Lawn Care in Atlanta. Responsible for residential sales, including door-knocking and lead generation activities.
Responsibilities
Performs inside sales from the branch office during training and occasionally over the course of the peak selling season. Transition to perform outside sales in residential areas, weather permitting.
Learn and perform our outdoor systems; Visiting potential buyers via door-knocking, clover-leafing, and referral programs.
Accurately measure and price all areas to be serviced.
Explain the benefits and features that All Turf services and set realistic expectations.
Knowledge and understanding of all turf types, weed types, growth habits, disease, and programs we offer.
Learn our Tree/Shrub program, Mosquito Program
Generates additional sales revenue by cross-selling to current customers.
Compile lists of potential customers for use as sales leads based on information from direct mailing/advertisement, community activities, and other resources.
Responsible for completing marketing targeted areas for sales on a weekly basis.
Prepares and develops an effective sales pitch to build customer relationships, reinforce value-added services, and answer potential questions to overcome and probe for further information on customer needs.
Collects customer contact information to enter into the database for future opportunities.
Estimates date of service for customer based on knowledge of branch production and service schedules.
Prepares and maintains accurate sales reports.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
Valid drivers license and acceptable 3-year driving record (subject to review and approval by an insurance company)
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
