Responsibilities
You will actively contribute to the planning, coordination and implementation of internal HR projects, particularly in the area of Performance Management
You will support the content preparation of strategic HR topics, especially in the areas of Leadership Development, Change Management and Employee Wellbeing
Collaboration with other HR interfaces, such as our shared-service teams
Participation in the planning and delivery of workshops and training sessions
Communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program, e.g. Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or a comparable field
Genuine interest in modern HR topics and excellent communication and teamwork skills
Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
Confident user of MS Office and affinity for digital HR tools
Enjoys continuous personal development and is willing to take on responsibility
