About the role

  • Human Resources intern at ZEISS supporting creation and maintenance of HR documents and processes. Engaging with HR Business Services and assisting in various HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining documents, guides and training materials for managers and HR colleagues
  • Contribute to the design and optimization of processes
  • Support the HR Business Service team with various HR topics and the administrative execution of standard processes
  • Respond to and route employee inquiries received via different channels
  • Prepare HR documents and file them in the digital personnel file

Requirements

  • Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
  • IT affinity and experience using MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Quick to learn with a structured and conscientious working style
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude
  • Enjoys learning and working independently
