Responsibilities
Assist in creating and maintaining documents, guides and training materials for managers and HR colleagues
Contribute to the design and optimization of processes
Support the HR Business Service team with various HR topics and the administrative execution of standard processes
Respond to and route employee inquiries received via different channels
Prepare HR documents and file them in the digital personnel file
Requirements
Enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
IT affinity and experience using MS Office (especially Word and Excel)
Quick to learn with a structured and conscientious working style
Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented attitude
