About the role

  • HR Generalist managing employee relations and HR processes for Funkwerk Security Solutions. Involved in employee support, payroll, recruitment, and optimizing HR policies.

Responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support for our employees and point of contact for all HR-related matters
  • Support with payroll processing in collaboration with our external service provider
  • Independent handling of all operational HR processes, from contract creation to issuance of employment references
  • Administration and maintenance of time management systems (e.g., recording, monitoring and analyzing working hours, absences and sick leave)
  • Active involvement in recruiting and onboarding
  • Development and optimization of HR processes and policies
  • Support and implementation of employee development initiatives

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training with HR qualification or a degree focusing on Human Resources
  • Experience in HR and solid knowledge of employment law
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Business-fluent German language skills
  • Passion for HR work and enjoyment in working with people
  • Team player with strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • Structured, solution-oriented way of working
