Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience in operational HR work, ideally in an industrial company
Solid knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining law, and agreements in the metal and electrical industry
Confident use of HR systems and digital tools
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
