Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines for data and document transmission
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Create regular reports
Maintain personnel files
Participate in HR projects, especially in transformation initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and People Services
Support the implementation of HR policies and standards
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Experience in operational HR work, ideally in an industrial company
Solid knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining law, and agreements in the metal and electrical industry
Confident use of HR systems and digital tools
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
