- Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines for data and document transmission

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in operational HR work, ideally in an industrial company
- Solid knowledge of German labor law, collective bargaining law, and agreements in the metal and electrical industry
- Confident use of HR systems and digital tools
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
