About the role
- HR Generalist serving as operational interface between site HR Manager and People Services. Responsible for preparing administrative HR processes and supporting transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and ensure the quality of employee data, documents, and filing processes for handover to People Services
- Ensure compliance with standards and deadlines for data and document transmission

Requirements

- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
