  • Lead strategic talent acquisition processes and diversity initiatives for Supergasbras. Manage high complexity recruitment efforts aligned with company values and mission.

  • Supergasbras is part of the Dutch SHV Energy group, the global leader in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) distribution, with more than 100 years of experience. Our business is to deliver clean, efficient energy to millions of Brazilians—at home, in businesses, industries and agribusiness. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed) in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources or related areas
  • Experience in recruitment, selection and management of strategic human resources projects
  • Advanced English
  • Portuguese (required)
  • Experience with DE&I programs, Internship and Trainee programs, and EVP (Employee Value Proposition)
  • Skill in developing and analyzing attraction and performance metrics
