About the role

  • VP of Commercial Sales driving new business opportunities across Towne Park’s commercial portfolio. Responsible for cultivating relationships and growing revenue with property owners and developers.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and secure new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and direct prospecting
  • Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and drive deals from initial contact through close
  • Recommend winning strategies and tactics to executive leadership, including presentations, meetings, and client visits
  • Develop and implement regional and national sales budgets in collaboration with finance and executive leadership
  • Establish and manage revenue targets across regional markets
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed aggressive growth targets
  • Represent Towne Park at conferences, trade shows, and local business events to increase brand awareness and create new lead channels
  • Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce
  • Partner with the Proposal Development and Finance teams to create compelling, data-driven proposals
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and developers to generate new opportunities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals
  • Experience selling to commercial real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or transportation sectors
  • Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structures, and contract negotiation
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems to manage pipelines and reporting
