VP of Commercial Sales driving new business opportunities across Towne Park’s commercial portfolio. Responsible for cultivating relationships and growing revenue with property owners and developers.
Responsibilities
Proactively source and secure new commercial business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, industry events, and direct prospecting
Identify decision-makers, qualify prospects, and drive deals from initial contact through close
Recommend winning strategies and tactics to executive leadership, including presentations, meetings, and client visits
Develop and implement regional and national sales budgets in collaboration with finance and executive leadership
Establish and manage revenue targets across regional markets
Develop and execute regional sales strategies designed to achieve or exceed aggressive growth targets
Represent Towne Park at conferences, trade shows, and local business events to increase brand awareness and create new lead channels
Build, manage, and maintain a robust pipeline within Salesforce
Partner with the Proposal Development and Finance teams to create compelling, data-driven proposals
Establish and cultivate strong relationships with property owners, asset managers, and developers to generate new opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent experience in commercial sales preferred
5+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven record of closing large, complex deals
Experience selling to commercial real estate, mixed-use, hospitality, healthcare, or transportation sectors
Strong understanding of financial modeling, deal structures, and contract negotiation
Experience using Salesforce CRM or similar systems to manage pipelines and reporting
