Responsibilities
Attend to customer inquiries and requests from the Online Store or transferred from the inbound team of our relationship center
Make outbound contact to offer products based on the leads received
Record customer interactions in the relationship management system
Provide an excellent service experience to current and potential customers
Requirements
High school diploma or higher education in progress/completed
Proven experience in the commercial/sales area, consistently striving to meet and exceed established targets
Ability to operate multiple systems simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Communicative, persuasive and results-oriented profile
Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site in downtown Rio de Janeiro twice a week) with a schedule of 6 hours 20 minutes per day between 10:00 and 19:00
Experience in a contact/relationship center with active sales (advantage)
Knowledge of insurance and/or pension products (advantage)
