Sales Team Lead managing a regional cross-functional squad at Infobip. Defining strategy and achieving KPIs in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
Define short- and long-term squad strategy and translate goals into clear initiatives and sprint milestones
Own and drive achievement of financial KPIs, including revenue, gross profit, and growth targets
Lead the squad’s day-to-day execution, ensuring strong Agile cadence through sprint planning and dailies
Act as opportunity manager, ensuring disciplined pipeline management and sales execution
Coach, motivate, and support squad members through hands-on guidance, workload alignment, and feedback
Hold squad members accountable for targets, performance, and delivery outcomes
Serve as the main point of contact between the squad and deal-supporting teams such as legal and finance
Ensure strong understanding of market, customers, and products, and actively transfer this knowledge to the squad
Support customer meetings, escalations, segmentation activities, and squad deliverables as needed
Requirements
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams with full accountability for business outcomes
Strong track record of managing and achieving financial KPIs such as revenue, gross profit, and customer growth
Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with sprint-based planning and execution
Ability to coach and develop sales-focused teams through day-to-day guidance and feedback
Strong stakeholder management skills, acting as a bridge between commercial teams and supporting functions
Solid understanding of pipeline management, opportunity ownership, and segment or vertical growth
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to ensure squad targets are met.
