Responsibilities
Act as the primary liaison between Business and IT, facilitating communication, alignment and prioritization of requests;
Translate business area needs into clear, structured requirements for the technology team;
Interpret processes, map impacts, and advise the business on alternatives, risks and best practices;
Ensure prioritized requests are correctly routed, understood and addressed by the SAP technical team;
Track requests, projects, improvements and incidents, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality of deliveries;
Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, executive alignments and approvals;
Maintain governance, priority control, backlog visibility and initiative status;
Serve as the central communication point among multiple areas, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Partner, IT Analyst, Demand Manager, Process Lead or related function;
Strong knowledge of business processes (Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales or Manufacturing);
Functional understanding of the SAP ecosystem (ECC or S/4HANA) — integrated, high-level perspective;
Ability to engage with technical specialists without the need to perform technical execution;
Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Systems or related fields;
Advanced English for interactions and documentation;
Functional Spanish for communication with teams and partners;
