About the role

  • Sales Development Representative at Topaz connecting with potential clients and managing lead data. Focused on financial solutions and utilizing IA for efficient prospecting.

Responsibilities

  • Identification and Prospecting: Map companies and decision-makers that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Technical and Consultative Qualification: Make first contact (cold call, email, LinkedIn) to validate pain points, budget, authority, and urgency of the lead.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule qualified meetings and transfer full lead context to the Sales Executive (Account Executive).
  • Data Hygiene: Ensure the CRM is populated with rich information about identified leads.
  • AI Optimization: Use AI tools to research leads, personalize outreach, and automate repetitive prospecting tasks.

Requirements

  • Continuous Learning Mindset: A relentless drive to gain proficiency in the solutions involved; a desire to continually expand knowledge of the markets/clients being targeted.
  • Assertive Communication: Excellent written, spoken, and video communication skills to quickly build rapport with potential customers.
  • Hunter Mentality: Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and stay focused on targets.
  • Organization: Ability to manage a large volume of leads simultaneously without losing quality in follow-up.
  • Basic understanding of methodologies such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
  • Experience with commercial intelligence and automated prospecting tools.
  • Experience and knowledge in the Financial Services industry.
