Responsibilities
Acquisition and securing of construction contracts for innovative timber construction projects in multi-family residential buildings, hotels, offices, schools and daycare centers
Leading and coordinating the proposal team comprising estimators, architects and specialist engineers
Developing tailored proposals and negotiating construction contracts with private and public clients through to contract signing
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture or a comparable qualification
Several years' experience in planning, construction execution, cost estimating or sales — ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey projects
A customer-focused approach combined with technical expertise
Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking complete your profile
