About the role

  • Sales Engineer at timpla acquiring construction contracts for innovative wooden construction projects in Eberswalde. Collaborating with teams to shape the future of urban building and meeting climate goals.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition and securing of construction contracts for innovative timber construction projects in multi-family residential buildings, hotels, offices, schools and daycare centers
  • Leading and coordinating the proposal team comprising estimators, architects and specialist engineers
  • Developing tailored proposals and negotiating construction contracts with private and public clients through to contract signing

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, timber construction, architecture or a comparable qualification
  • Several years' experience in planning, construction execution, cost estimating or sales — ideally in timber construction, modular construction or turnkey projects
  • A customer-focused approach combined with technical expertise
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strong communication skills and enjoyment of networking complete your profile
