About the role

  • Pre-Sales Engineer delivering technical expertise and credibility in legal technology sales. Collaborating with a sales team to ensure rigorous technical processes.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical expertise, credibility, and legal operations knowledge to the sales process
  • Work with the sales team of five and a Senior Leader to ensure sales process rigor from a technical standpoint
  • Add value and expertise to the bid process

Requirements

  • Min 5 years working in a similar capacity, pre-sales or implementation
  • Understanding of the full process from discovery, design, configuration, testing to go live support
  • Credible and consultative sales style as the technical expert
  • Strong skills in data migration and deep knowledge of API integration
  • Strong relationships with Partners, C Suite including CIO/ CTO/ COO/ CFO and Practice Managers
  • Project Management skills and/or certification ideally
