Responsibilities
Responsible for the strategic development of market and business areas
Identification of new market potentials, analysis of target segments and development of tailored acquisition strategies
Monitoring market trends and competitive developments and deriving sales opportunities
Conducting needs analyses and developing customized solution concepts together with subject-matter experts
Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing
Managing and expanding existing client accounts through appropriate service offerings
Building strong, long-term customer relationships at decision-maker level
Representing the company at trade shows, industry events and networking meetings to strengthen our presence
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business Psychology, or a technical degree with a sales focus, or a comparable qualification
Several years of pre-sales experience in an IT consulting environment
Proven success in new customer acquisition and in building sustainable client relationships
Deep understanding of market analysis, strategic business development and sales-driven growth processes
Confident presence at decision-maker level, strong negotiation skills — fluent in German and English
