About the role

  • HR Administration Analyst responsible for payroll processing and compliance with labor regulations at a leading construction solutions company.

Responsibilities

  • Process payroll in SAP, ensuring consistency of earnings, deductions and variable entries to guarantee timely and accurate employee payments.
  • Calculate and pay social charges and taxes (FGTS, INSS and IRRF), verifying payment slips and calculation documentation to meet the company’s social security and tax obligations.
  • Ensure submission of data to eSocial and other legal obligations (e-Social, GOV, LIT, FGTS Digital and other electronic systems), monitoring messaging and inconsistencies to maintain compliance with government agencies.
  • Execute personnel movement processes (hiring, transfers and promotions), validating documents and performing system entries to keep employee records and history up to date.
  • Manage the electronic timekeeping system and worktime controls, reviewing schedules and inconsistencies to correctly calculate overtime, time bank and ensure compliance with the CLT.
  • Reconcile payroll with accounting, identifying discrepancies between payroll and accounting records to ensure accurate financial reflection of personnel expenses.
  • Support labor inspections and internal/external audits, organizing dossiers and evidence to ensure transparency and reduce liabilities and fines.
  • Participate in the review and maintenance of salary tables and benefit rules in SAP, ensuring compensation policies are correctly configured in the system.
  • Lead process improvement and automation projects in Personnel Administration, mapping operational bottlenecks and proposing solutions to increase productivity.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly HR metrics, delivering dashboards to provide strategic support for management decision-making.
  • Ensure correct application of labor, social security and tax legislation, acting preventively to mitigate operational labor risks.
  • Perform periodic compliance validations and internal audits of payroll, timekeeping, charges and e-Social.
  • Prepare and verify termination calculations, including variable payments, averages, stability periods, etc., ensuring legal deadlines for homologations when applicable, and assess risks related to terminations, especially in sensitive cases.
  • Support implementation and updates of internal Personnel Administration policies.
  • Plan and control individual and collective vacation schedules with business areas, validating calculations for vacation pay, one-third constitutional bonus, averages, etc.
  • Update employee records, keeping the system current with personal information.

Requirements

  • University degree in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or related areas.
  • Experience in Personnel/HR Administration routines, with knowledge of payroll processing and mandatory charges.
  • Experience providing employee service/support.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Intermediate Spanish.
  • Power BI.
