Responsibilities

Assist with the build out of a new learning and development function
Support onboarding processes for new hires

Requirements
Rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
