About the role

  • HR Summer Intern supporting recruitment activities and onboarding processes at BCM One. Gaining hands-on experience in Human Resources functions within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings and reviewing applications
  • Assist with the build out of a new learning and development function
  • Support onboarding processes for new hires
  • Help maintain HR records, databases, and compliance trackers
  • Participate in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects

Requirements

  • Rising senior pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Eagerness to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment
