About the role

  • Training Assistant supporting the development of e-learning courses for DSV's global logistics initiatives. Collaborating with experts to create engaging learning experiences in a multicultural setting.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement interactive e-learning courses and digital training materials on a wide range of topics related to working at DSV
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and translate complex content into engaging, learner-friendly experiences
  • Apply instructional design methodologies and best practices in adult learning to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Develop digital learning content using various authoring tools and multimedia applications
  • Ensure all content aligns with DSV’s global learning standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements
  • Support the localization and translation of training materials for global and local use
  • Stay informed about new technologies and trends in digital learning, and bring innovative ideas and solutions to the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a relevant field (preferably Education, Instructional Design, Communication or Business, Media, Digital Arts or a related discipline)
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Foundational understanding of e-learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Rise) or a willingness to learn them quickly
  • Basic experience or familiarity with video editing, graphic design, or multimedia tools (e.g., Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite)
  • General knowledge of instructional design principles and learning best practices
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning industry trends
  • Strong written and visual communication skills, with the ability to organize and simplify information clearly
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Good customer orientation, positive attitude, flexibility and detail-oriented approach in supporting training activities
  • Up to 1 year of experience in a training, learning support, or administrative role (internships or part-time roles also applicable)
  • Exposure to working in an international or multicultural environment, either through previous roles, academic projects, or collaborative work.
