About the role

  • Verwaltungskraft in einer stationären Pflegeeinrichtung in Berlin mit Verantwortung für administrative Aufgaben und Kommunikation. Unterstützung bei der Pflegeleitung und Betreuung der Bewohner.

Responsibilities

  • You are the "good soul" of our facility and represent a friendly, communicative presence both internally and externally
  • Point of contact for staff, residents and family members
  • Support for the nursing management, social services and facility management
  • Answering telephone calls, welcoming visitors, creating a pleasant atmosphere and advising on initial concerns
  • Maintenance of general facility files in both paper and digital form
  • Management of cash funds and disbursement of personal money to our residents
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • General administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as a business administrator in healthcare (Kaufmann/Kauffrau im Gesundheitswesen)
  • Previous professional experience is an advantage
  • Sense of responsibility and identification with our facility; willingness to roll up your sleeves and contribute actively
  • Very good German language skills
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Service-oriented attitude and enjoyment in interacting with people
