Brand Strategy & Planning Manager contributing to strategy optimisations for The Very Group, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across all customer touchpoints.
Responsibilities
Ownership of key brand insights to inform and review plans including consumer trends, brand health and econometrics, ensuring key learnings are socialised across the Brand team and wider business.
Supporting the Senior Lead with the revision and optimisation of our brand strategy and associated frameworks.
Ownership of the end-to-end brand cycle plan, working with the Activation and Customer Planning teams to ensure the timely delivery of annual, quarterly and campaign plans.
Partner with Senior Brand Leads to brief and deliver the annual and quarterly media frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the brand identity is correctly, and consistently, activated across all customer touchpoints.
Ownership of monthly brand reporting, ensuring we are measuring performance against agreed OKRs.
Requirements
A strong background in brand management.
A strategic and analytical thinker who’s able to translate data and insights into clear and compelling plans.
Strong project management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
A team player who brings energy and excitement. You’ll be a self-starter who is happy to lead as well as roll your sleeves up and get stuck in with everyone else.
Strong stakeholder management including the ability to engage and influence senior leaders with a positive and collaborative approach.
Experience briefing and delivering creative, with absolute attention to detail and a passion for distinctive creative.
