Responsibilities
Support Sales Success 🤝 Be the go-to partner for the sales team. Provide day-to-day support that helps them focus on what they do best: selling and building relationships.
Manage Sales Operations ⚙️ Handle administrative and operational tasks related to the sales process—from preparing documentation to coordinating internal steps—ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every stage.
Ensure a Smooth Customer Journey 🌟 Support customers throughout the sales lifecycle. Make sure inquiries, contracts, and onboarding steps are handled quickly and professionally.
Coordinate Across Teams 🔄 Work closely with sales, onboarding, operations, and other internal teams to keep deals moving forward without friction.
Keep Everything Organized 📊 Maintain CRM data, track sales activities, update pipelines, and ensure reports and records are always up to date.
Assist with Sales Reporting 📈 Prepare reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights that help the sales team stay on target.
Keep Learning & Improving 📚 Stay up to date with our products, processes, and market insights to continuously improve sales effectiveness and customer experience.
Requirements
Experience in a sales support, sales operations, or administrative role is a plus
Previous exposure to SaaS, Fintech, or service-based industries is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
You communicate clearly and build trust with ease
You’re proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
You’re comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools
You’re eager to learn and grow within a commercial environment
Fluent in Croatian and confident in English
