About the role

  • Commercial Manager leading a team focused on water sector solutions. Defining strategy and managing complex sales cycles in a growing French tech group.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the commercial strategy for the Water & Sanitation activity.
  • Manage and lead the dedicated sales team.
  • Develop key accounts and structure complex sales cycles.
  • Monitor commercial performance (revenue, pipeline, KPIs, reporting).
  • Contribute to improving sales methodologies and to market/product feedback.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the Water / Sanitation sector required.
  • Proven experience in commercial management or as a B2B sales director.
  • Strong experience managing complex sales cycles.
  • Experience selling to local authorities is a plus.
