Client Sales Senior Manager responsible for new customer acquisition in Germany. Leading sales strategies and building partnerships with enterprise-level clients for workplace wellness solutions.
Responsibilities
New Business Development: Engage with new strategic accounts to uncover new revenue opportunities and develop customised solutions that meet the needs of Enterprise prospects (+501 FTEs in the UK).
Senior Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives, Reward Directors, and Wellbeing leaders. Ensure that Wellhub is not only aligned with business goals but also drives tangible, measurable results.
Pipeline Generation: Work closely with our Sales Development team to strategise on opening new opportunities as well complete personal pipeline generation to ensure steady and consistent pipeline.
Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans that focus on delivering impactful business outcomes—whether improving talent attraction, enhancing spend efficiency, or reducing Private Medical costs.
Industry Engagement: Represent Wellhub at key industry events, forums, and conferences, showcasing our vision and capabilities in shaping the future of Employee Wellbeing.

Requirements
Proven Success in SaaS Sales: Experience in enterprise sales new logo acquisition(501+ FTEs in Germany ) with a strong track record of driving revenue growth and working on ticket sizes of £100K - £500K+.
Expertise in Strategic Account Management: Experience in managing complex sales cycles (6 months+), developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships within a target-driven environment.
Strong Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortably engage with C-suite executives, key decision-makers, and senior stakeholders across HR, finance, and business functions to align solutions with customer needs.
Complex Sales Expertise: Skilled at managing multi-phase sales cycles, navigating intricate procurement and compliance processes, and presenting compelling value propositions to senior leadership.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in an approachable and engaging way. Comfort and interest in using data effectively in the Sales process.
Data & Analytical Skills: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present in a compelling way to prospects. Comfort in using commercial insight to recommend and simplify investment options to a prospect.
Passion for Learning: A deep enthusiasm for the Sales profession and how to constantly improve individually and collectively.
AI-savvy: We are looking for an individual who is comfortable with generative tools and skilled at crafting effective prompts to enhance daily tasks.
